Drug Safety Physician – New Contract Nonstop is working closely with a fast growing global pharmaceutical company, to find a contract Drug Safety Physician to join their market leading organisation. This exciting role will present you with the global challenge of working with a corporation recognised as the major brand in countries worldwide and allows a qualified physician to an excellent opportunity to work with a company that provides great development. As Drug Safety Physician, your responsibilities will include: Medical review and analysis of case reports and sign-off on expedited case reports Act as regional PV physician or global PV physician for designated development products. Responsible for oversight of signal detection and risk management activities for designated global products. Ensure patient safety is adequately addressed in company-sponsored studies Participation in analysis and preparation of safety data for internal and external use. Interface with other functional areas (Pharmacoepidemiology, Medical Affairs, Clinical, Legal, Regulatory and BDM) to address issues related to developmental and marketed products. Applications will be accepted by Qualified Physicians with previous experience as a Pharmacovigilance Physician within the Industry.
