The team is headed up by the senior consultant, Abid Kanji who has been with Nonstop Recruitment since 2007. Following completion of an undergraduate degree in Human Resource Management and a Masters in Personnel and Development (CIPD), Abid joined the Regulatory Affairs team within Nonstop's Pharmaceutical division. Here he established a name for himself within the industry as the main Regulatory recruiter and subsequently has been able to utilise that to build the REACH and Chemical unit for Nonstop. This has now branched out into general Regulatory Affairs, Toxicology and Ecotoxicology.
